Delete my Godeliva account
You can delete your Godeliva account and all associated personal data at any time, in accordance with your right to erasure (GDPR).

From the Godeliva app (recommended)
Deletion is instant from the app:
- 1Open the Godeliva app
- 2Go to the "Profile" tab (bottom right icon)
- 3Tap "Edit my profile"
- 4Scroll down to "Delete my account"
- 5Confirm the deletion
⚠️ Important: Deleting your account is irreversible. All your orders, saved addresses and personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

Order history
Saved addresses
Payment methods
Geolocation data
Profile photos
Preferences and favorites
Push notification tokens
Some data may be kept for a limited period for legal obligations (billing, disputes) in accordance with current regulations.
