How is the delivery fee calculated?
The delivery fee is based on the actual distance between the store and your delivery address. The amount is shown clearly in your cart before you confirm the order, with no surprises and no hidden charges.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. The price you see at checkout is the final price: the cost of your items plus the delivery fee shown upfront. We never add hidden charges.
What commission does a partner store pay?
Partners work on a competitive commission charged only on delivered orders, with no compulsory monthly subscription to get started. Contact us for a tailored quote.
When are partner stores paid?
The store balance is updated as soon as each order is delivered, and is visible in the partner dashboard. The bank transfer itself is not automatic: the partner requests the payout when it suits them and our team processes it. We would rather say that plainly than promise a weekly cycle we do not run.
