Sell online without running your own delivery

Your business gets a storefront, your orders arrive in a dashboard, and our riders handle the delivery. This page answers what it costs, when you are paid and who delivers — before you sign up.

The three questions merchants actually ask

What does it cost?

A commission on the value of the orders that are actually delivered. An order that is cancelled or never delivered generates no commission at all: the charge is only created once an order reaches delivered status.

We do not print a single rate on this page, because it is not the same for everyone — it is agreed with you and depends on your category and your volume. Ask us and you get your rate in writing before you sign anything.

When am I paid?

Each delivered order credits your store balance, which you can see in the partner dashboard next to the order that produced it. Nothing sits hidden between the order and the balance.

Payouts are not automatic. You request the payout when it suits you and our team makes the bank transfer. We would rather say that plainly than promise you a weekly cycle we do not run.

Who delivers?

Our riders do. You do not recruit, employ or manage a fleet. When an order is ready a rider nearby is assigned to it, and the customer follows the delivery on the map.

Every rider account is reviewed and approved by our team before it can take a first delivery.

Getting started

1

Register

Create your account on the partner portal with your business details.

2

Build your catalogue

Add your items, categories, prices and photos. Our team helps if your catalogue is a large one.

3

Go live

Your storefront becomes visible to customers around you, and orders start arriving in your dashboard.

4

Get paid

Delivered orders credit your balance, and you request the payout whenever you want it.

What you need to get started

  • Your business details and the address customers order from.
  • A catalogue: the items you sell, with their prices.
  • Bank details in your business name — an account holder and an IBAN or bank details are required before a payout can be made.

Merchant questions

Is there a monthly subscription?

Getting started does not require a fixed monthly fee: the commission on delivered orders is the model. If any paid option ever applies to your account, it is agreed with you in writing first, never applied silently.

When exactly do I get my money?

Your balance updates as soon as an order is delivered. The transfer itself happens when you request a payout and our team processes it. There is no automatic schedule, and we will not pretend otherwise.

What happens if an order is cancelled?

No commission is charged. Commission is only generated by an order that reaches delivered status, so a cancelled order costs you nothing on our side.

Do I need to hire drivers?

No. Delivery is handled by GoDeliva riders, whose accounts are approved by our team before their first delivery. You prepare the order and a rider collects it.

Can I set my own prices?

Yes. You manage your catalogue, your prices and your opening hours from the partner dashboard, and you can change them whenever you want.

Want your rate before you commit?
