1. Service Overview
GoDeliva is a technology platform connecting consumers, partner merchants (restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies), and independent couriers for fast ordering and on-demand delivery in every country where the service is available.
2. User Accounts & Responsibilities
Users agree to provide accurate registration details (name, delivery address, phone) and safeguard their credentials. You are responsible for all activities under your account.
3. Orders, Payments & Delivery
Payments are made either securely via credit/debit card (Stripe) or cash on delivery. Courier partners deliver orders to the requested destination based on real-time availability.
4. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, designs, UI elements, and software code related to GoDeliva remain the exclusive intellectual property of GoDeliva.
