Your account is approved before your first delivery
Applying does not put you on the road the same day. Our team reviews your application and approves your rider account first. Until it is approved you cannot go online, so no delivery can be assigned to you. We get back to you as soon as the review is done.

Open the app and switch yourself online when you are available. Deliveries near you are then offered to you.
Deliver and get paid
Collect the order, deliver it, and the delivery is written to your statement straight away.
How you get paid
We do not publish an average income on this page. What you earn depends on your city, the hours you choose and the number of deliveries you accept — any figure printed here would be a guess. What we can tell you is exactly how the money is counted and paid.
Paid per delivery
Every completed delivery is written to your statement with its amount, its date and the order it belongs to. Nothing is estimated: you can check each line.
Tips are yours in full
The platform takes no commission on tips. When a customer adds a tip, 100% of it goes to you.
You request your payout
Your balance builds up as you deliver. You ask for it to be paid out and our team makes the transfer — it is not automatic. Cash you collected on cash-on-delivery orders is deducted from the amount transferred.
What you need to apply
- To be of working age and legally allowed to work where you want to deliver.
- A vehicle you can deliver with, and whatever documents it requires where you ride.
- A smartphone with a data connection — the app is how you receive and complete deliveries.
- A bank account in your name: an account holder and an IBAN or bank details are needed before any payout can be made.
Rider questions
How long does approval take?
It depends on how many applications we are reviewing in your city. We contact you as soon as your file has been looked at. Until your account is approved you cannot go online, so there is nothing you need to do in the meantime.
How much will I earn?
We will not put a number on this page that we cannot prove. Your earnings depend on your city, your hours and how many deliveries you accept. Every delivery you complete appears on your statement with its exact amount, so you can see your real figures from your first week.
Do I have to work fixed hours?
No. You go online when you are available and offline when you are not. There is no fixed schedule to commit to.
What happens to the cash I collect?
On cash-on-delivery orders you collect the money on our behalf. That cash is recorded and then deducted from your next payout, so it balances out — you never have to transfer it separately.
Am I an employee?
No. Riders work with GoDeliva as independent partners, not as employees. The exact terms are set out in the rider agreement you accept once your account is approved.
